This cute fruit pattern features a simple watercolour watermelon slice motif in a tossed layout. I drew this watermelon a few years ago, and finally got around to making a pattern from it a few months ago. There are a few background colour variations.
Watermelon Pattern
One thing I like about making patterns for Spoonflower is that they don’t need to be complex, since buyers look for simple patterns just as much as intricate ones. This takes the pressure off, especially when I don’t have time or energy to put into a detailed design.
